2. Third-Party Game Content

2.1 Embedded Games from External Providers

MovoMath is a game aggregation platform that embeds games from third-party sources. We do not host game files on our servers. Instead, games are loaded from external game developers, game distribution platforms, and content delivery networks.

Examples of third-party game providers include (but are not limited to):

• Independent game developers
• Game distribution networks (similar to platforms like GameDistribution, CrazyGames, Poki, etc.)
• HTML5 game portals and content delivery networks
• Flash emulation services (for legacy games)

2.2 Ownership of Third-Party Content

All games, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content embedded on MovoMath remain the property of their respective copyright owners, developers, or publishers. MovoMath does not claim ownership of any third-party games or content.

Each game is subject to the terms of service, licenses, and copyright policies of its original creator or distributor. MovoMath acts solely as an aggregator and embedding platform.

3. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

3.1 Our Commitment

MovoMath does not intentionally host, display, or provide access to copyrighted material without authorization. If you believe that content available on or through MovoMath infringes your copyright, please notify us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

3.2 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on MovoMath infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing and information sufficient to locate the material on MovoMath (e.g., the URL of the page containing the game or content).
• Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3.3 Removing Access to Infringing Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, MovoMath will:

• Investigate the claim and verify the reported content
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing game or content
• Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal
• Take reasonable steps to prevent future infringement

Because MovoMath embeds games from external sources rather than hosting them directly, removal typically involves delisting the game from our platform or removing the embed link. We cannot delete files hosted on third-party servers.

4. Counter-Notification

4.1 Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where MovoMath is located if outside the U.S.)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
• Your physical or electronic signature

4.2 Restoration of Content

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction within 10-14 business days, we may restore access to the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

MovoMath has a policy of terminating accounts or blocking access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly post infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts at our discretion.

6. False Claims

Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages, attorneys' fees, and costs under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please ensure that all information in your notice is accurate and truthful.

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

MovoMath provides access to third-party content through embedding and linking. We do not have control over:

• The content hosted on external servers
• Copyright policies of third-party game providers
• Licensing agreements between game developers and distribution platforms

While we take copyright concerns seriously and respond to valid DMCA notices, we cannot guarantee that all embedded content is licensed or authorized by copyright owners. If you are a copyright owner and have concerns about how games are distributed through third-party platforms, you may need to contact those platforms directly.

8. Legal Claims and Disputes

Use of MovoMath is subject to our Terms of Service. By using MovoMath, you agree to the dispute resolution and legal claim provisions contained in those Terms, including any applicable limitations on bringing or pursuing legal claims against MovoMath, its owners, administrators, or operators.

Nothing in this Copyright & DMCA Policy or our Terms of Service is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
